POLICIES

Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of $25 hour booked.

Cancellations made via text or confirmation link sooner than 24 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.

Retail: All sales are non refundable. Any exchanges have to be made within 7 calendar days from date of purchase.

Redo: If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to address  the issue as long as it is within 7 days of receiving service.

Tardiness: If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time you will be rescheduled. We ask that you notify your provider if you are running late.

Accompanied Guests: Please be aware that we are a small studio and therefore we limit the amount of guests in the room at a time. There is very limited seating space in our hallways so please inform your provider if you plan on bringing a guest to your appointment.

Cameras: Security cameras are located in the hallways and in the studio for you and your provider’s protection.

Loyalty Program: Sign up for our loyalty program during your visit, earn a star for every 55 dollars spent on retail. Collect 5 Stars and earn a free product. (Excluding skin care and Liters)

Leave a Yelp review and earn a star ( one review per guest)

Referral Program: Earn a travel size product when you refer a new guest, collect your reward upon new guest’s appointment completion.
